Cypress Surveys, LLC can provide a variety of survey services using the latest technology such as robotic total stations and GPS equipment using VRS technology. The survey plats will be prepared using AutoCAD and sealed if required by a Delaware, Maryland or Virginia registered Land Surveyor depending on the projects location. The field work and survey plats meet or exceed the minimum standards set for the type of survey that we provide. Our services will start with a proposal and a standard contract for the client to review and sign. The contents of the proposal will provide a detailed description of the services we will be providing, fee and an estimate time of completion.
